Flying Solo

And one of them, realizing he had been healed, returned, glorifying God in a loud voice; and he fell at the feet of Jesus and thanked him. – Luke 17:16 (NAB)

In the early years, a household may be full – a flurry of activity. But later years often show just one individual on site offering care to the sick and infirm. Is it you? If so, know that you are seen by the One who watches over all things, and know that your actions are demonstrating a clear, “Thank You.”

Lord, grant sustenance and blessing this day to those who find themselves immersed in caregiving and also to those receiving care. Ease their way while navigating the activities of daily living.
